Boston Two Day Introduction to ATLAS.ti

	This workshop is an intensive introduction moving on to advanced features of the software. It is structured around setting up a new project from scratch. Features covered include: text preparation, various ways of coding including auto-coding, creating networks, the use of hyperlinks, and the different operators available in the Query Tool. There will be a combination of demonstrations and hands-on exercises. Particular attention will be on how to use ATLAS.ti to support your analysis leading to writing up your research. You will be able to set up your own project on the second half of second day. The cost for the two days is $650 (academic/ public sector discount rate) or $750 (commercial rate) per person. This includes workshop materials, breakfast, morning and afternoon tea/coffee refreshments but not accommodation. Each participant will receive a course pack, which includes a workshop handbook. The workshop will take place at the Metro Meeting Center, 101 Federal Street, Boston 02110 (near South Station). If you need accommodation, you will have to arrange that separately.
